DECIDING TOGETHER: A four-step framework to Support Decision Making
Wednesday, June 21, 2023 – 7:00 pm
Facilitated by Erin Sheldon
Making decisions with and for our loved ones can feel very complicated, especially when they don’t communicate in typical ways. This session will be a hands-on opportunity to practice strategies to support our loved ones to be active participants in any decision.
We will apply a 4-step framework to work our way through simple planning tools we can use every day. These tools will help us think about how to:
- amplify our loved one’s voice in decisions
- document the support they need to be involved
- expand the circle of people who help us make decisions
- prepare to evaluate whether we got a decision right or wrong
Please Register by Noon on Tuesday, June 20, 2023: REGISTER HERE
This learning event is being held at 7 pm after Windsor-Essex Family Network’s AGM. You do not have to attend the AGM to be able to attend the learning event.
