Exploring the Power of Support Circles

Judith pix (2)

This unique virtual learning series was designed for people with disabilities, families, friends, independent facilitators, supporters and allies from Windsor and Essex County. We are starting to build a learning community together in Windsor and Essex County!  Consider joining us, as our virtual learning with Judith McGill continues. The entire series “Exploring the Power of Support Circles” will be held again starting in the fall of 2022.  Keep your eyes open for the dates.

Some families will registering for different sessions to gain knowledge for the future. Some will come back and take the sessions they missed in the first round. Some have had past exposure to the concepts, and are taking the full series to begin working on a Support Circle later in the year. No matter where you are at – whether you are new to the idea of a Support Circle, or not – this learning will benefit your family in the future.   The virtual series flyer describes the sessions. A new flyer with new dates will be available later.

APPRECIATION: Windsor-Essex Family Network would like to thank the Windsor-Essex Relationship/Circles Group, including family leaders, and our partners from Windsor-Essex Brokerage for Personal Supports, Family Respite Services, and Community Living Windsor who have provided in-kind support, volunteer time, and sponsorship funding over the years for our different initiatives including the Support Circle initiative.
