A Microboard is a small group of people—family, friends, and allies—who come together to support a person with a disability to live a self-directed, meaningful life. It’s about creating security, building a strong circle of support, and making sure your loved one’s voice is at the center of decisions

Open to families who have a loved one with a disability, their friends and supporters. We will have games, a scavenger hunt, trivia questions, a minecraft chill station (books, building blocks, fidgits etc). To Register CLICK HERE

RISE is working on a social media campaign to bust myths about disability. At this session, youth (ages 14-29; of ALL ABILITIES) will: Identify common myths about disability & inclusion, Decide what messages actually need to be said; Brainstorm ideas for a youth-led social media campaign. Then youth will have time to take part in activities they chose at the first group meeting in November 2025.
