• Doors Open: 5:30 PM
• Dinner: 6:00 PM
• Annual General Meeting: 6:30 PM
• Featured Speaker: Dr. John Freer 7:15pm-8pm

Dinner Option
Dinner will be provided by the Welcome Centre Shelter for Women and Families. By choosing the dinner option, you are also supporting their social enterprise and the important work they do in our community.

• Caesar Salad
• Grilled Marinated Chicken Breast (HALAL)
• Roasted Root Veggies
• Pasta with Classic Marinara
• Buns with Butter
• Bottled Water/Assorted Pop
• Coffee/Tea & Dessert (provided by WEFN)

Cost

• $25 – Dinner and AGM (current members)
• $45 – Dinner, AGM, and a one-year membership
• Free – AGM and speaker only (Members who wish to attend only the AGM and Dr. Freer’s presentation may arrive at 6:30 PM at no cost. Pre-registration is required so that we can ensure adequate seating)

Membership
Annual membership is $20.

To pay for dinner and/or purchase a membership:

• By e-transfer to info@windsoressexfamnet.ca (please put “Membership” in the memo field)
• By cheque
• By cash at the door

Registration Deadline
Please register by June 25, 2026 so that we can provide final numbers to our caterer.

Registration Required
Advance registration is required whether you are attending dinner or joining us for the AGM and speaker presentation only.
